Danie began his legal career in Pretoria and has extensive experience in litigation, deceased estates and conveyancing. He has acted for major banks and corporate clients, including Nedbank Ltd, Standard Bank of South Africa and Shackleton Credit Management. Danie is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary, and holds a Master’s degree in Mercantile Law and Law of Contracts
Barend is a conveyancing and property law expert with extensive experience in township and sectional title developments. He previously served as a Senior Examiner at the Pretoria Deeds Office and has assisted local authorities and developers with property registrations and compliance.
Yusuf specialises in deceased and insolvent estates. He holds an LLB degree and an Advanced Insolvency Diploma and has advised unions, banks and trust companies on complex estate matters.
Wilmari specialises in litigation, correspondent matters, contract drafting, family law, commercial law and insolvency law.
Rizqah focuses on deceased estate administration and provides compassionate, detail-oriented support to clients.
Adriaan provides assistance with property sales, evaluations, marketing, bond registrations and property-related certificates.
Mufti Aamir advises on Shariah-compliant legal and financial matters and has extensive experience in Islamic banking and finance.
